- Exact Orch source excerpts: retain source provenance at `cbfc94ade5b57e449d6b73bf1485b1c5b1647022`. No root license was observed. The author's instruction permits this book work but does not assign a new public license to the application or erase another contributor's rights.
- Adapted code: label each teaching extension and its original source; preserve applicable notices. Do not present a new license for dependencies by inheritance from book prose.
- Existing Orch brand vectors: copied or referenced with source path/checksum, retaining provenance. Book composition adds no ownership claim over third-party marks.
- Dependencies: governed by each dependency's own license, not this manuscript notice. A version lock is not a license inventory. Publishing companion binaries or vendored files requires material-specific license inclusion before release.
- Fonts/images: reuse locally installed/site assets only when their license files are available; record actual embedded PDF/EPUB assets in final export notices. No external image purchase, stock-photo rights or model-generated image rights are assumed.

## Inspection and release boundary

The immutable snapshot contains 0 files whose names begin LICENSE/COPYING/NOTICE: none. `go.mod` pins dependencies but contains no dependency license texts. This source-only rights review does not falsely certify a complete transitive dependency audit; final release must inspect actual distributed companion files and embedded fonts. Publication of a readable all-rights-reserved text is separate from granting reuse permission. No website push or live deployment is authorized by this record.
